“What? Not 5 stars? Well Yamaha silent brass mute was competitively priced, postage was prompt and it was well packaged. But as it was wanted as a Christmas present, it hasn't been through the acid test of fit for purpose, and then you could get into returns policies etc. So hence I hold one star back until its been used and kept, (or returned). Such a scrooge!”

“The price was really good and the postage was free. The music book reached us in very good condition, however, it reached us on the 7th day (the postcode was missing and I had requested if could have it on day 5). It would have been beneficial to have a tracking number to check when it was arriving.”

“Administration and delivery very good and I will be quite happy to deal with you again. BUT please make sure that your advertising is accurate - no stating that the score is included when it isn't, I was somewhat embarrassed at having to explain the position to my daughter who was the recipient of the goods as a birthday present. Other than that you score very highly. John Wormell”
