“Great quality bag, well packaged and delivery tried next working day. I had however requested parcel to be left in porch if out and instructions not on label so had to collect at the weekend from sorting office. Bit frustrating but not a "biggy" would order again.”

“The service from Ackerman was excellent and will be using them again but the delivery service from DPD was very much less and I will not bother with express delivery and delivered to anything but my home. The book itself is great and being used by my college friend and myself for a short performance at the end of year event.”

“Really quick delivery. I ordered online, but they rang to make sure i would be in and to check if the piano would be easy to get into the house. Very accommodating to my time schedule. Delivered on and put up by a very polite and helpful man. Piano is lovely, looks good in our living room and my girls are thrilled with it. Sounds great too.”

“Both pieces of music in stock, competitively priced and with free postage. There was a special offer for free faster delivery, but as I ordered before the Easter weekend I didn't really feel the benefit.”
