“Bought 2 bracelets, one for a friends 60th birthday and one was a treat for myself. My friend is very pleased with hers and absolutely loves it. Mine is gorgeous and goes with the single heart bracelet my daughter gor me a few years ago. Arrived in time and kept up to date with delivery.”

“I placed an order on 23rd March and it has not been delivered as of 30th April. There is no update from the tracking number after April 2nd. I've emailed customer services and the courier multiple times and although they are friendly, they have given no help and have just said "we're sure it will arrive soon", "its customs" (customs did it, not us) and "we understand how frustrating this is" (really unhelpful in his situation) This is very disappointing as the order was a gift and the birthday has passed. Would not recommend and will not be ordering from them again.”

“Absolutely love my engraved necklace - it’s exactly what I wanted! Can’t fault the quality or the speed of it arriving, my only ‘criticism’ is that the engraved hearts arrived unattached from the necklace and it wasn’t immediately obvious how to attach them - I couldn’t see anything on the website or in the info to say they that came with little clicky clasps. I’ll definitely be adding more to my collection!”
