“Lovely bangle, wet happy with packaging and shipping. My only concern is the clasp, the bagel keeps coming undone and I am concerned it will fall off”

“Received today after which felt like forever waiting , 3 weeks , good information but you just couldn’t track it until it finally left the building , also each stage was like 4/5 days each which was a bit much considering I don’t think it should have passed quality control as the photo doesn’t really work in it , heads are cut off etc , also was supposed to be delivered on said day and I told Abbott and Lyon that the postman alles passed my door on the day ot was supposed to be delivered told a lame excuse about my address being inaccessible which it clearly wasn’t and all Abbott and lynn said was they will try next working day , I’m not sure I would purchase again to be honest .”

“Had a pair of earrings for myself which are beautiful, unfortunately the second pair that I purchased as a gift were very poor quality and arrived damaged. Customer services were brilliant and immediately organised a replacement, which also arrived damaged. This seems to be a design issue more than anything else. They have organised a replacement of a different style of earring now. Customer services have been great. Just a shame about the quality of this specific earring style.”
