“Lovely necklace delivered very quickly. Great service all round, another very happy customer. I contacted customer service regarding a personalised item I had ordered as a gift, they were fantastic and responded to me really quickly.”

“I first ordered something for my partner for Christmas. Due to the demand my item was a few days late. That obviously wasn't great but the way Abbott lyon handled then made up for the delay was brilliant! I have had all different items from them too ring necklaces and bracelet all were perfectly made and great quality! Customer service was superb and would highly recommend using Abbott lyon to everyone. Very very happy”

“Absolutely love this company! I've had lots of different pieces from earrings to bracelets to a personalised necklace (with a fingerprint) and I genuinely haven't seen any better quality than these! Even with ones 5x the price. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Unfortunately the tennis bracelet I puchased in October 25 for my daughter she sent me a picture of it so I contacted Abbott Lyon on Friday late evening and I got a response later that night. The outcome was they asked me to order something up to the sum I had paid and a new bracelet is on its way to me now.The service was fantastic and I am delighted with the outcome.”
