“I love Abbott Lyon jewellery so though I would buy a piece for my best friend who was leaving for Australia as a keep sake. The bracelet was gorgeous my only issue was I paid for next day delivery, stayed in to receive the parcel and DPD the courier said they could not deliver as I wasn’t in they put a photo on that was nowhere near my house. No joy with DPD or Abbott Lyon in getting the £5.99 back I paid for next day delivery can only talk to chatbots.”

“I was originally told delivery would take six weeks. After I contacted them to explain that a friend’s husband had sadly passed away and asked if an earlier delivery was possible, they kindly brought the date forward. Their compassion and excellent customer service meant so much during a difficult time. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them.”

“Very happy. I was looking for a ring for my little finger but was having difficulty finding the right size. Came across Abbott Lyon website and so pleased I did! I now have two rings (2 for price of 1, so just had to order two!!) Both fit perfectly. Very good quality and shine beautifully. Nicely packaged and speedy delivery.
