“I didn't check that my address was correct during the check out process and hadn't noticed until payment had gone through. I contacted your helpdesk quite quickly and explained what had happened and was absolutely thrilled to get an email back in a very short period informing me that the address had been corrected. “From the order, to receiving my gorgeous products, Abbott Lyon were fantastic. I ordered myself the Essence 23 watch not long before Christmas, but then received one as a gift, so had to make a return… it was handled very quickly by the team and I really appreciated their help. My personalised necklace is absolutely stunning and is such a special thing to be able to wear my boys names around my neck. Highly recommend Abbott Lyon and will definitely be ordering again.”
