“I ordered the sphere chain bracelet in gold, which is lovely. The bracelet arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged, ideal for gifting (this was a gift to myself!) Great price point and good quality. I have not taken the bracelet off since I bought it and would not hesitate to order from Abbott Lyon again.”

“Absolutely disgusted in the service. Firstly I still am yet to hear back from countless emails I’ve sent regarding receiving someone else’s order and now your sending me this to write a review? Money grabbers and now you have the nerve to send this. I’ll be shouting from the roof tops never to order from here! Wish I had read reviews regarding this prior to ordering. Have ordered in the past had no problems but every one seems to have the same issue with getting in touch with anyone at Abbott Lyon its radio silence!!! WORST SERVICE EVER photo of order & photo of what I received! Still awaiting a response from when it was delivered on Friday it’s now Tues and my mother in laws birthday was Saturday gone. No communication nothing after countless tries”

“The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Will not be buying again, will not be recommending, in fact, I still haven’t received the item I ordered despite ordering it months ago! The customer service is absolutely useless, they clearly don’t have a clue what they’re doing, refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and are so hard to talk to anybody that isn’t sending an AI template.”

“I've ordered from Abbott Lyon about 3 times now and I'm yet to be disappointed. I've just ordered a watch for my birthday and it's so lovely. Received within a few days. I've got my eye on a few more things too. Highly recommend. Always some good deals and discounts. Would recommend ordering with plenty of time for Christmas based on other reviews but for me ordering in January I received my watch within a few days”
