“Ordered 3rd December in time for Christmas according to your website but after numerous attempts to find out when my order would be delivered I was left waiting..it eventually arrived 27th December…very disappointed as this was a gift for my Grandson to give to his Mum for Xmas day…I am still deciding whether to return this item as I had to buy him an alternative present. Wouldn’t have ordered if I’d have known…bet Stacy didn’t have to wait for hers!!! Also wasn’t happy chatting to AI all the time.”

Unfortunately my Xmas order did not arrive in time due to a failed quality check, but Abbott Lyon kept me informed, and provided a very nice gesture to help ease the frustration. I would like to have given 5 stars, but due to not receiving my gift in time for Xmas, I had to give 4.”

“The products are gorgeous. However, I ordered the wrong colour by mistake. Noticed with 5mins of getting my email. Contacted Abbott Lyon to be told tough, read the returned policy. Took nearly 3 weeks to sort it out. They don’t do exchange so I had to return. Glad I got a ref as didn’t get anything until I emailed with my ref return number then got my credit code to order the correct colour. So my advice is double check your order, as it’s a hassle if you make a mistake. However products are gorgeous.”

“Ordered necklace November for a Christmas present. Said it would be with me by 13th Dec. Contacted AL a number of times and was told it would definitely be with me for Christmas. Still not received and its 29th Dec. I received the bag for the necklace on 24th Dec but still no necklace. It has still not been dispatched apparently DPD are waiting for it and have been since 23rd Dec. Again I have contacted and get no response or help at all. I had to go out and buy another present for the person this was for. Absolutely shocking and I will now never order from this company again. I cannot give a review on the item as I still dont have it”

“Shocking , asking me for a review when my item has never arrived are you really that silly and now DPD have cancelled the the ticket as you never gave them my parcel . This was promised on three occasions by you in writing as you knew it was for Christmas and I have never received it . You don't reply to emails god knows I've chased you. Now it looks like I have to action against you for a refund . Totally discussing . If I could leave nil I would.”
