“I ordered a customised bangle which looked amazing in the store. But it got delayed in quality checks as this company would like nothing but the best which is amazing. Some companies make you wait but because i told this company it was a Christmas present they wanted to make sure that live one felt special of Christmas so they offered me a free bracelet which came next day. They also are still sending out the original bangle which they have remade which is amazing. Overall i have been delighted by their service!”

“Absolutely shocking service i ordered on the 8th of December and im still waiting, they even accepted they are in the wrong and gave me a voucher to spend promised it would still be there for Christmas and im still waiting as of the 30th of December Absolutely shocking company this is the second year running my purchases have not turned up and I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again and I will spread the word far and wide that this company should not be touched”
