“I placed an order back in October but unfortunately my bracelet broke and I lost it for a while. Once I found it I sent an email across and within less than an hour I had a reply, apology AND a credit code for me to purchase a new bracelet or item of my choice! I was so amazed and happy with the service which was provide. I will 100% be buying from this brand again. The person I had to the joy of emailing was so very helpful and nice and replied extremely quick. Very happy!”

“My overall experience was horrible!!! They lost my order for 9 weeks, and it arrived WRONG. Went through 5 people who told me no refunds and that they can't do anything. Only got 20% Refund. Best person was Lisa. Everyone else was useless”

“Never got the item. I reached out to find out where it was they said it was lost and then told me it was held up at customs. Told me I would have to pay customs fees, but never gave me away to pay it. I asked that they just accept return and credit acct, because it was a Christmas present which was not here by Christmas. Unfortunately I never saw a credit. Disappointed to say the least.”
