“I've bought a few items from abbott and Lyon over the last few years and have always found them to be great quality for very reasonable price. There has been a couple of occasions over the Christmas period where items have been lost, but the customer service i received on both occasions have been brilliant, they looked into it very quickly and arranged replacements as quickly as possible. Brilliant customer service and items and will only really buy jewelry from them.”

“Ordered on the 11th December for delivery for Christmas. DPD said returned to retailer for some reason. After many emailed and robot chat was delivered on 29th January. Very pleased with the bracelet, but communication was initially bad. Eventually things improved.”

“Long delay until order arrived and when it did it was stolen out of the box by the courier. This was a Christmas present so very disappointed. No way of calling to speak to someone. Have to converse via email so takes very long for issues to be resolved.”

“Absolutely appalling company. Ordered mid November for “guaranteed Christmas delivery”, one of the parcels was labelled as “Return to Sender” so never stood a chance of getting to me and the other was “Lost in Transit”. I am hundreds of pounds down, family haven’t received their Christmas presents and I have nothing to show for it. Avoid at all costs.”

“Beautiful jewellery really pleased with it but even better customer service. I didn't open one of thd boxes when I received my parcel as it was 2 pairs of the same earring .Imagine my dissapoint on Christmas morning when my daughter opened her box & it was a charm .Contacted them on Christmas day not expecting a reply but within 30 mins of answering a few questions I was told the order would be corrected .within 2 days I received the correct package .I think this service was exceptional at Christmas”
