“I had an issue with a pair of earrings I had purchased. Abbott Lyon were very quick to respond and replace them for me. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.”

“Received my bracelet and wasn’t happy with how it was arranged emailed to ask about returning it and changing it and ordering a new one with the correct placement and the help I received to get everything sorted was 10/10 so helpful and quick responses to help will definitely be ordering again, bracelet I ordered was beautiful was just the placement of the letters and hearts I didn’t like but re ordered and it’s all good”
