“Ordered a photo pendant as a Christmas gift for someone. There was a delay with the dispatch and I was worried that it was going to arrive late. When I contacted Abbott Lyon, I received a prompt email reply from a human. They said it was guaranteed before Christmas. It only arrived 2 days later than originally planned. I was updated with it's dispatch. It was beautifully presented and wrapped. The necklace was just what I wanted. It looked so nice and the photos I uploaded to go inside looked just right. I would definitely order from Abbott Lyon again.”
