“So far very poor service. Received engraved items and could barley see the engraving you had to stand under a bright light and twist and turn to find how to see it ... contacted support supplied a photo and explanation they responded telling where it was delivered to and when .. explained that wasnt my issue and id supplied photo of the poor engraving and their reply was I needed to supply more photos in high resolution and they will look in to it ... I found this very poor and expected to send then poor quality back and it be replaced I havent heard anything off them since so considering a re turning the order”

“I bought the bangle, engraved with my grandchildren’s names on , quality appears good and looks expensive, fits well, haven’t worn it yet but I’m quite pleased with the product. Delivery was amazing as it was Christmas week, but you kept to the dates . I will look to your website later in the year as I have some family and friends who have special birthdays”

“I ordered 2 Arabic name chains for my grandaughters for Xmas. The girls loved them. Later on I ordered 2 bracelets for them but unfortunately didn't receive in time. When I followed up the delivery company the parcel was apparently damaged in transit. After contacting Abbott and Lyon and informing of this, they were more than happy to help. They responded well with emails. Kept me updated with where they were up to with the delivery company. I can now confirm they are being replaced and will be on there way as soon as. I'm pleased with the outcome and can't wait to take delivery.”

“Jewelry was fine DPD were too lazy to deliver it so they dropped it in a collection box 3/4 mile away I struggle to walk but had to go and collect it for daughters present”
