“Beautiful pieces of jewellery, very well made. Abbott Lyon kept in touch through the process so I knew what stage my order was at. I was so excited when my necklace and bracelet arrived. I've received so many compliments. Thanks guys”

“I’m happy with the products received. However, it took almost 6-weeks for delivery, when I was quoted 2-weeks. This resulted in missing someone’s special birthday. I did chase with AL customer service, but a mixture of AI-generated and just obvious generic responses left me with no option but to raise a claim through PayPal. Shortly afterwards i received my order. But the birthday was ruined! Nice gifts if you’re not in a rush!”

“Unfortunately I had a delivery issue with the courier where the package was not delivered for 10days then returned to abbot, I was contacted more or less immediately after stating my concerns and the issue was resolved instantly. If it’s worth being a loyal customer be a loyal customer to a company that is loyal to you. Couldn’t be more thankful and the jewellery is 10/10 X”
