“Peice comes very small, my personalised piece did not have the engravings I asked for onit. The photos in the locket were that small you could not see them. It also took over a month to arrive with no correspondence. Shocking product, shocking service.”

“Awful company with terrible customer service. Can't contact by phone, any other form of communication they rarely ever reply. I had to send 6 emails over the course of a week until I received a reply. My order "went missing" and they didnt follow up on it for over a week, and that was only because i raised the issue. A company seemingly more interested in their social media hits than their customers. Would not purchase an item from Abbott Lyon again.”
