“Lovely products. Bought as a gift for a friend and still to give it to her. Unfortunately courier was awful, leaving my package outside in the pouring rain. Outer packaging fell apart and inside had also gotten wet.”

“I actually can’t remember ever receiving such good customer service . Through no fault of the company I have arranged to return one of my ordered items. They have been very prompt at replying to emails and have assisted me all the way. I honestly can’t speak highly enough about this company and I will definitely be ordering from them again. “The birthstone necklaces I ordered were pretty and of good quality and delivery was quick. I ordered two other necklaces for layering but made a mistake when ordering one of them. Customer service were brilliant and made it easy to return it and refunded my money. I recommend this good company.”

“I absolutely love Abbott Lyon Jewellery, both for myself and for gifting. I have been buying it for the last few years. Such a unique collection with the extra special option of personalisation. It doesn’t tarnish at all, comes in beautiful gift boxes and gift bags (optional, but a must for gifting). All the items that I have purchased over the years look a lot more expensive than they actual were. It’s now my go to place when I need a lovely gift for my Sister or Female Friends. Customer Service is great too.”
