“Earrings are lovely but the packaging on a card feels really cheap and substandard for the price point. Makes nice jewelry look like something bought in Claire's accessories. Really annoying that because I didn't purchase a gift wrapping option this is what I get.”

“I saw on Stacey Solomon Instagram her advertising personalised necklaces and bracelets so after losing my grandad this year I thought I'd get his writing put on a bracelet. But I was absolutely gutted when my bracelet arrived and you could hardly see the writing it was that small. You'd think they'd send you a preview of the personalised jewellery before they send it out to make sure you are happy with it.”

“I bought 2 name necklaces…. Sent only one gift box !!! Need to work out who will get the gift box. If you order 2 you should get 2….One name necklace was good the second one…. You would have to guess what the name is????? By the way it is Marnie … you could not read or guess that from the photo. I would definitely not recommend. Would not buy again from”
