“The jewellery from Abbott Lyon is absolutely gorgeous. I had an issue with my order, and whilst I originally experienced issues in trying to resolve this, Abbott Lyon have since worked really hard as a team and my issue is resolved and my order on its way ready for Christmas. Thank you for the help and support in fixing this in time. I have not yet received my order, but I’m looking forward to them arriving. I am looking forward to buying more and building on my abbot Lyon collection.”

“I think my expectations were too high after watching the TV advert. Packaging Ok but the presentation box poor small envelope inside a small box. The necklace which is personalised is nothing special whatsoever. very disappointed and because its personalised I cant return it.”
