“Be careful when ordering from this company. They don't tell you till it's too late that they tack on an additional $50 for shipping after you have already paid and placed your order.!!! This additional bill comes a week or two after your order is placed from a shipping company. What a scam!!”

“Even though the items i received was absolutley beautiful.. it arrivee 6 weeks later tham it should have.. Took me going to social media and contacting company loads of time to receive. Customer service is shocking!! Cant speak to anyone to help.. AI chat is generic and sends automated replies which are unhelpful”

“The jewellery is lovely to look at, but not long lasting and they don't wish to uphold their "happiness" guarantee. The jewellery failed before my guarantee expired but they aren't upholding it. I have responded but received no reply. I am disappointed as the jewellery isn't cheap. I have tried to upload a photo of the failed jewellery but the site keeps telling me there's an error.”
