“I bought 2 for 1 earrings at Christmas my first purchase and bought another 2 for 1 deal with chain and pendant and a bangle to match the earrings . The items are so lively and my sisters love their earrings so I bought the other matching items for their birthdays. The bangle was too small so I exchanged it for the larger one. The customer service was excellent and the process was so easy and no hassle at all. I was kept up to date by email and the customer service team were on the ball and got back to me within the hour. They were so helpful, professional and friendly. Not only is the Jewellery absolutely beautiful and unique but after sales and customer service was second to none. I would absolutely recommend Abbot Lyon 100%.”

“Dissappointed with the necklace I recently purchased. The clasp is too small and the extension chain the links are too small. This means I have great difficulty actually putting the necklace on myself so I have to rely on someone helping me. I have now decided because I really like the necklace and want to wear it everday to get the clasp changed to a bigger clasp to enable me to put the necklace on easily. I have a number of other accessories from Abbot Lyon and all are excellent. This has put me off prucahsing necklaces in the future which is a shame.”

“The product is lovely as always but the packaging want substantial enough so was squashed as was the gift box with the earrings inside. As this was needed for a present to next day there was no time to replace it so I had to find alternative gift box”
