“I love my locket I also received a voucher because they were not happy with the finish on it and made another one for me not many companies would do that. You also know what there at every stage they keep you updated with it. Will buy again if I need something special. Worth 5 stars 🌟”

“I find Abbott Lyon jewellery designs unique and very pretty. I have gold plated sterling silver and gold plated stainless steal pieces from them. I have sensitive ears, but their earrings haven't caused any irritation. The delivery was very quick.”

“Customer service at Abbott Lyon is definitely something they work hard on as a company. They sorted issues I had extremely quickly and professionally and I was extremely impressed. The jewellery I ordered that was a gift for my wife was very well presented, and had lovely presentation boxes to keep the jewellery in. She was very happy with the jewellery but one point she did mention was that if we were to think about ordering again then she would think more carefully about what chains she would have selected as the main chain for the jewellery. As the ones selected are extremely delicate, and she feels would easily snap if in everyday wear. Luckily she did pick additional chains to create a more layered look which she feels for her would be needed to wear as the actual chain for the necklace, as they are more robust (rope chains).”

“My son and daughter in law bought me the heart necklace with the floating birthstones. It is actually gorgeous and such a clever idea. The only thing I would say is it would be better if the clasp and the ring it goes into was bigger to make it easier to put on. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting high quality reasonably priced goods”
