“I ordered a silver bangle and the package arrived intact, without damage and fully sealed but no actual product in the box! I immediately contacted to inform them and the problem was resolved extremely quickly with a replacement bangle being shipped within the next day or so. I was initially very disappointed but cannot thank the on-line chat for such prompt service in rectifying the mistake. Thank you.”

The end result was stunning: a tiny photo that I requested was included inside the locket and the engraving was perfect.
