“Customer care was an axing, they offered help and advice and a solution to my issue. Sadly I couldn’t take them up on it as o needed the item for a special occasion, so I’m keeping it to wear as I love it so much.”

“I had initially emailed about jewellery I have which have become damaged, unsure whether it was a faulty batch but I provided photos too. I had a email back within 10 minutes to say I had been given a credit voucher worth my original amount that my jewellery is worth and extra on top. I really appreciated this as it shown how much they value customer feedback. Thanks so much, I always love the jewellery here!”
