“Received my necklace really quickly, was packaged really well. Loved the dainty stones I put into the locket, it's an exquisite locket love the chain it comes with, just can't wait to wear it. The earrings I received as a free gift were gorgeous. Will definitely order from you again so thank you.”

“I placed a number of orders over the Black Friday week all arriving as estimated except for one. After raising this on the online chat a replacement was sent out the very next day and store credit issued to my account for the free bracelet that was no longer available. All the pieces I have ordered and that have arrived are absolutely beautiful and so personal. I would highly recommend Abbott Lyon for both their gorgeous jewellery/ watches and customer service.”

“Buyer beware, ordered a gift for Christmas on the 29th November, received an email saying delivery will be between 27th and 30th December, you can’t speak to anyone except an A.I. Chat, I have asked for a refund and was told NO REFUND, I have to wait to get the item then return it at my own costs, save your money from this useless company.”
