“I am still waiting for a Xmas order I placed on 1st December. I have yet to receive an email informing me of what’s going on. Very very poor service and I would not recommend for Xmas presents unless you want to be left disappointed.”

“Not sure where to start but extremely disappointed with this company. Ordered 4 items and only 1 arrived, I then received an empty box? Not sure if they didn’t pack it or if Evri stole the item but I’m missing 2 chains and 1 bracelet which are Christmas presents. Then had an email saying the items didn’t meet there quality check so wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas, I was given a voucher to order another item for guaranteed Christmas delivery, ordered item and it’s now 10am on Christmas Eve and the items hasn’t arrived. I received an email at 9am on Christmas Eve asking for me to confirm which items were missing from my original order, even though they said 2 days ago it didn’t pass quality control, it’s clearly a lie. So it’s now Christmas Eve and 3 presents have not been received and I don’t have the money to get anything else😢. Thanks for nothing, I can’t believe Stacey Solomon puts her name to this company, shocking!”

“Didn't receive and although that was the couriers fault the help from Abbott Lyon was poor. After reporting i was still waiting since 19 November and it was obvious I wasn't getting it , I was told to be reminded that it would be another 15 days( which was a lot quicker !) I then just requested a refund which was authorised quickly followed by this email asking if I like my purchase!. Such a shame because my previous orders were completely different.”

“I purchased a necklace which I haven't received apparently its still at Evri and when you look at the tracking link is just says there is a problem. I have sent emails as there isn't a phone number call. I sent 5 emails and yet to have a reply my last email I requested a full refund and once again I have been ignored. I am absolutely disgusted the way I have been treated. Now I have to take this matter further in order to get a full refund. I do not recommend this company. I would not have given it any stars if I could.”
