“It was disappointing that one of my items was missing when my order arrived but after contacting live chat they assured me that a replacement item was being sent straightaway. Just waiting for it to arrive.”

“Terrible customer service. No even a start. I was sent the wrong item. They refunded me the incorrect amount when they could see the total of the purchase in the order and all the pictures and screen shoots zi sent. No apology. It took me 5 emails to get the funds back with a final apology and the surprise that they have deducted from the amount they owned me the return cost. It couldn't get any worse. Abbot sent me the wrong item so they should cover the return cost. I have complained again and haven't received a response yet. Very frustrating. I won't be now purchading this item again. You lost a customer.”
