“Jewellery is lovely! But I paid £5 for a gift bag but didn’t receive it!”

“The graphic used never changed to one clover so I didn't quite realise I was paying for one. For the price it really should be double sided - when it turns it just looks like any bracelet which is a real shame but I think there's room for improvement as you can't control which side it moves to when it's on. Delivery is a long time and my parcel was lost - had to chase for quite a while but eventually was arranged a replacement.”

“The necklace is pretty but I would have expected it to be a finished necklace with all pieces together and not a ‘do it yourself’ when it arrived. Not my forte and had to ask my husband to do this for me- given the price - It was disappointing that it came with separate bits in bags to be put together.”
