“I haven’t received my order”

“The letters are smaller than expected and I think the clover is on the wrong way round but that could be me not placing it right! But it is lovely”

“Love the bracelet, it’s good quality . Bit disappointed with the time it has taken to be delivered- had ordered this for my daughters birthday which was 10 days ago.”

“The birthstone colour is not clear/ diamond it is grey / dark. The letters don’t sit right so it read ARTIE instead of ALFIE as the L and F are always the wrong way round. Not sure if this would have been better on the other bracelet type and not the thin design. Was really looking forward to receiving the special item with my new baby’s name on.”

“Looks poor quality. I was surprised at how poor the quality looks. the silver is dull, there was a knot in the chain. The charms, the letter is thin and the birthstone is nothing special. My daughter had these on her birthday list, as had seen it all over instagram, so I've bought for her birthday. If they were for me I would send them back but I will wait to see what she thinks.”

“I waited far too long for the necklace to be made. The chain is nice how ever the name can’t be recognised. It’s just a scribble. Very disappointed”

“I really liked the look of the pendant. It looked very nice on the real gold chain that I put it on. What I did find though is that it is really sharp on the edges, so when I move about, it tends to stick in me and hurts. I will keep it but won't be able to wear it all the time. 😕”

“Is literally just an empty box for the price I was expecting tissue paper or some box for The actual jewellery to be kept in looked pretty pathetic just a tiny bracelet in a huge empty box”
