“Unfortunately I have had to return my complete order. The anklet was advertised as going from 9-11” but this was not the case. I ordered an extender just incase I needed to make the anklet bigger but this was my error. The smallest I could get the anklet was 10.5” which was far too big - it was too low on my ankle. There was another link which should have been to make it smaller but it was on the side of the clasp? To me the anklet was faulty. I did love the initial charm and the birthstone charm but there was no point keeping these as the anklet was no good.”

“Ordered necklace and paid for a gift box ( £10 ) still waiting 10 days later still no box no signs of it being resolved so won't order anything else till this is sorted not impressed 😡”

“I emailed you the day I received my bracelet to let you know the letter C had fallen off when I took it out of the box! You asked for a photo which I also sent and have heard nothing since! I have not even put the bracelet on yet!”

“I have sent an email in regards to this and had no reply as to what you are going to do. The rope bracelet has a stone missing out of it which is very upsetting as I’m going on holiday today and purchased it to take with me. I’ve had a reply of acknowledgment but that’s it I’m still none the wiser on how this is being resolved.”

“Even though the bracelet is very pretty. I thought I was going to receive a bracelet with several charms (clovers). Unfortunately I received a bracelet with one single clover, yet paid the same price. It is still pretty but not what I thought was ordering.”

“Only a 3/5 for me, although the jewellery is gorgeous and my niece loved her birthday gift. However i did ask for engraving of letter L on her love heart pendant which was not done. I triple checked my order before submitting as well wanted to make sure this was definitely on my order. The gift wrapping is gorgeous however i bought bracelet and necklace with pendant as a set but only the bracelet and pendant was gift wrapped and necklace came separately not gift wrapped, I expected all items to be gift wrapped together especially as a set. I would buy again however would not pay for gift wrapping if only one item would be gift wrapped, I would also be wary of getting something engraved”

“Received my two bracelets without the two bags I ordered as an additional extra. Still awaiting a response after submitting a help request 4 days ago (it says to allow up to two days for a reply!) therefore can’t gift them to my friends yet. Paid £10 for the bags which weren’t included in the order. Slightly disappointed as this is my first Abbott Lyon order but not impressed so far!”
