“The customer service from Tyron was just amazing. I got in touch with an issue and given past experiences with companies I was worried about getting this sorted before Christmas. Nevermind Christmas, he had it sorted for me within minutes, so refreshing to see the customer given full attention in sorting an issue. Can't recommend enough. Thank you.”

“If I could put 0 stars I would 😡 ordered something off there website because of the Black Friday deal! Which stated order anything you will receive a free bracket worth £59.99 so I ordered something on the website! To then get a email 2 hours later saying it’s a technical glitch! Advertisement is not a technical glitch! You not removing a £3.00 products off your page is not a technical glitch! Terms and conditions Also states you can not advertise something what would be false information. I have gathered 15 names from who have ordered this deal and will be taking the company to court! For false promise and advertising Many thanks Kyle”

As we mentioned in our email to you, there was a technical glitch on our website that allowed some customers to complete their purchase with items not intended for general sale. We're sorry that this was disappointing, but I hope you understand why we simply weren't able to fulfil this order.

“The one star is not for jewellery because I haven’t had it. Evri said it was out for delivery days ago. I have reported this to you and I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund which at this rate is what I shall be asking for. You say you have chased Evri and they have not replied. Not good enough sorry”
