“I love your watches, and the straps and quality are beautiful, however i’ve given 3 stars because sadly you’ve changed the design on your watches which has made it very difficult to find a strap that fits/matches. I bought a gold watch when your company first started and I love it, but the new straps don’t fit properly as the new design is wider and there are only about 2 options for a gold buckle. It would be great if you could bring out some more gold options and also sell some straps in the same size as you did when you first started. Otherwise, absolute love your brand!”

“After my handbags being lost in transit for a week, i emailed them and they had my bags remade and sent out the following day. Bags came in great quality and couldn’t be happier that i didn’t ask for a refund. Only complain i have is that i think they should change courier. Other than that i 100% would order again.”
