“I messaged on the 23rd of December as the bracelet came broken and still haven't had a response on how this is going to be rectified I got asked to send a photo of the broken bracelet then heard nothing back since. The gift was also ment to ge for Christmas as I did state this when contacting customer services.”

“Was impressed when the jewellery arrived, it looked good quality. I bought a gold necklace with heart locket. Either side of the locket had a photo of myself & my daughter.... she wore it all Christmas Day but come the evening one of the photos had fallen out, nowhere to be found.... put a bit of a dampener on the occasion.”

“I’ve spent nearly £300 and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of these necklaces. It was only after purchasing that I discovered the jewellery can’t be returned, which makes the situation even more frustrating. The “gold” necklace looks more like rose gold, and the silver resembles surgical steel rather than sterling silver. I genuinely feel let down and regret this purchase. I will not be ordering again”

“Customer service are awful. The jewellery is over priced and shouldn’t take as long as it does to make for what it is. The company tried to not pay for customs even though I’m forced to pay this at check out. They haven’t refunded me. My friends and family were all asking for reviews. I definitely won’t be recommending. Definitely not worth the hype, sorry.”

“The bangle I ordered for my daughter is lovely but the bangle constantly unclips. She now won’t wear it with a fear of losing it. I will be contacting customer service re the clip quality.”

“I ordered a personalised item on the last day for Christmas delivery and it arrived in time as promised. However I was so disappointed when I opened it..the silver is so dull, just looks grey or like it needs a good clean. There was no sparkle about it at all! So disappointed, really don’t like the item at all, despite it looking beautiful on the website. Had trouble ordering it too…the system kept crashing and losing the order. Wish I’d not bothered.”

“Received items one was broken, contacted them straight away on the online chat which said it had been passed on for additional support........days later still nothing. This was a gift for a family member who stays in Australia. Couldn't give it to them broken, but very disappointed that they still haven't been in touch. Should have read more reviews before ordering.”
