“Great items of jewellery, even better prices Been using for Christmas and birthday presents the last couple years Had an issue with an item I bought for this Christmas but it was resolved within 48 hours and handled perfectly Everyone I had contact with were very helpful”

“Unfortunately I was influenced by one of my favourite YouTubers however I won't be using Abbott Lyon again. The gold looks yellow and cheap, the stone is the wrong colour and they refused to change, and my delivery was delayed by eight days. Overall, a really disappointing experience and shocking customer service.”

“I messaged on the 23rd of December as the bracelet came broken and still haven't had a response on how this is going to be rectified I got asked to send a photo of the broken bracelet then heard nothing back since. The gift was also ment to ge for Christmas as I did state this when contacting customer services.”
