“My daughter loved her Christmas jewellery. It was delivered on time and I was kept updated. I contacted customer service, they tried help and I then realised it was my fault, they did not judge and were very nice.”

“The jewellery I have received is beautiful and great quality and would have given 5* However I had a custom made bracelet that was needed for my nans funeral. It was late and when they finally delivered it, it was to a "neighbour" still waiting on a reply from Abbott and DPD as the neighbour it stated has not received it and was not home! (Bearing in mind we was at home) I also need to send a gift back but again still waiting on a reply, so although the jewellery is beautiful the customer service so far hasn't been the best! Its a shame!”

“Amazing service. The jewellery is of a very high standard and the personal jewellery is so beautiful and unique. The customer service response is quick and so helpful. “I absolutely adore my personalized bangle, having a rare name means I missed out as a little girl in the 90s and now have an adult need to have things with my name on them!! I got it in a small size and it fits perfectly which is also rare, usually I find bangles too baggy for my wrist. Beautifully crafted and I’ve had lots of compliments on it.”
