“Have purchased from Abbott Lyon a few times! A pair of earings I purchased for my daughter had a faulty clasp .. resulting in her almost losing one earing! I sent an email .. with photos and received a reply almost immediately! I received a full refund! I cannot fault the customer service at all Thank you Abbott Lyon”

“I received my necklaces and they are beautiful! Upon unpacking all my items I noticed one item was missing. Inside the box was a QR code with quick access to customer service. I sent a quick email and got an immediate response and follow up with a new order number for my missing item. Great product and great customer service!”

“Comfortable, durable hoop earrings purchased as a Christmas present. Abbott Lyon gave me the option of a speedier delivery which came in handy, and was delivered promptly before the big date. My partner was impressed with the quality and the good fit. Looking forward to checking back on any newere styles that come through as will happily purchase for other special occasions. P.S - packaging was an experience on its own, props for that !”

“I ordered 2 bracelets in plenty of time as they were Christmas presents. Nothing arrived it just kept saying delayed when I tried tracking them. I contacted customer services on 15th Dec to ask where it was and they didnt get back to me until the 30th December to say it has been lost in transit, well that was to late for a Christmas gift so I was most disappointed. They did send the replacement bracelets but to little to late in my opinion. Wont use again.”

Unfortunately, the original order was lost in transit, but a replacement was sent and a partial refund issued as a gesture of goodwill. “Failed to deliver order in time for Christmas Day and then blamed the courier who'd yet to even receive it by Christmas Eve. Plagued by marketing emails as soon as my order was placed, still guaranteeing deliveries in to for Christmas. Offered numerous discount codes, none of which worked. Had to chase my order for days but was refunded my money quite quickly. A very poor first time customer experience. Won't be ordering from them again.”
