“I bought some bracelets as a Christmas present for my daughter. One of the bracelets had a faulty fastening and was subsequently reported to Abbott Lyon. The issue was resolved recently to my full satisfaction through a professional customer service team. Thank you.”

“I ordered a beautiful gift for my daughter's 50th birthday. Delivery was very delayed and after many e mails forward and back one of which told myself not to e mail again as my order maybe further delayed?? Rude! Anyway the necklace finally arrived only to be faulty. Very disappointing indeed. My daughter did love it though as I designed it all myself..me a man!! However since I have been in contact with a lovely person Hermione who was very apologetic and will hopefully send me a new necklace to replace faulty one. I've yet to know! The jewellery is lovely but my experience has not been a good one and I don't think I'd recommend Abbott Lyon to anyone.”

“First time ordering with Abbott Lyon, ordered personalised Christmas gifts for loved ones, unfortunately these didn’t arrive in time because of a fault with what I had ordered. They haven’t £100 voucher to order something in time for Christmas. The original Christmas gifts followed which were beautiful. Unfortunately one of the items were faulty. I contacted customer services who were great and gave me another credit of £84 and keep the faulty item. I am yet to receive the new gift, however from a customer service point of view I cannot fault them. The process are beautiful and restored faith in this company I will definitely be ordering again :)”

“I had an issue with a ring that I brought for my daughter for Christmas. I contacted customer services and was so surprised how quickly and efficiently it was dealt with. “I purchased the Personalised Initial & Birthstone Necklace (silver) for my daughter’s birthday and both she and I are delighted. A beautiful, well made necklace with a good size initial and birthstone. Ordering was easy online and whilst there was a short wait for the birthstone I ordered (which was clear when I ordered) the necklace arrived around the date stated, well wrapped and packaged. Good communication on dispatch and delivery, would definitely recommend.”

“I purchased an item on Black Friday and was made aware before purchasing that it may not arrive until after Christmas, presumably as it was personalised. However before Christmas I received tracking details and the present was in my hands on Christmas Eve morning and my partner was delighted with the present! “I ordered 2 necklaces and loved them, however, I broke one within 5-minutes of having it on. I emailed Abbott Lyon, whose response was very quick after sending photos they immediately said I could have a voucher for the cost of the necklace and I was able to chose another one which I am thrilled with. There customer service was excellent and the jewellery is lovely, I have had lots of positive comments when I have worn them. I would highly recommend their jewellery, especially if you are looking to give a personalised gift.”

“I’m am giving it 3 stars as I love the jewellery but I have a issue with one of the items and customer service is shocking as I’m still waiting a week for a reply and you can’t get hold of anyone apart from on email so it is really questionable if I would but again for that”
