“As you are online it was hard for me to know how your sizes would fit. I had to return the ring for a bigger size and one of the bracelets as I did not like it on me. I am now awaiting for the new ring and a refund of the bracelet. Otherwise service was ok. I feel that to send the items back it would be nice if Abbott lying covered this cost as most companies do.”

“The watch itself is lovely and looks very expensive. However, the strap just about fits my wrist! I have reasonably small wrists as it is but I can only just get the watch on the last hole so that’s very disappointing. In all honesty the size of the strap would fit perfectly on a child but not on an adult.”

“I really like the look of my watch and was pleased with the look and the price. I was not pleased to find that you need a special tool to open the clasp. This is annoying should you want to take the watch off during the day and don’t have the tool with you. I would have reconsidered my purchase had I known this was the case, as it’s not ideal.”

“I have purchased 2 watches on the 13th October now it is 20th October. One of the watches I would like to return I understand your return policy is only 14 days, I have contacted Abbott Lyon 2 days ago asking how I make a return, as yet I have heard nothing back from your Company. Please advise me on your returns procedure as I dont want to be penalised for returning the watch too late. My order no is 27973”

“I had to replace my watch as the previous one was stolen. I decided to opt for the same design but with the mottled face. It's nice, but I miss the date that's on the previous version. Overall I think the previous watch - kensington 40, rose gold was a better buy. This new one looks cheaper.”
