The customer service is fantastic, but the quality of the product is quite flimsy. Although quite nice to look at, not worth the full price.

The braclets are lovely but very very small. I bought for my Mum and she thought i had ordered a childs size. I cannot exchange because i had the braclet engraved. Always check sizes because there is only one size for braclets

The product itself is lovely, however very small fitting (should be mentioned online). Unhappy as the invoice paper was screwed up as if it had been thrown in the bin and then put into my parcel.

I ordered a braclet first one came fine second ordered in rose gold but that came twice the size off the sliver damaged old box nothing like the ones in the web site customer service not the best still waiting for reply to email and Facebook

The product was excellent -just what was ordered as a gift. However I was very disappointed at first. When the gift was opened it was empty. Clearly the watch was not packed upon despatch. A new watch arrived within a few days but it would make me think twice next time. Regards James

I bought the watch because I loved the unusual mocha colour. However 3 days after I wore it I began to notice the colour on the clasp strap begin to fade and turn slightly blue. I was quite disappointed but nonetheless a beautiful striking watch.

Although the bracelet itself is lovely and was beautifully packaged it took around 6 weeks to arrive. I had to chase for updates and sent numerous emails - a lot of which went ignored. I do love the products but I’m unsure if I will order from here again.

Site makes jewellery look bigger than real life

Everything else was fine, but the customer service chat on the website was appauling. The first person never knows anything and passes it on to the main guy, who takes ages to reply to any queries, im not visiting the website to browse for hours? I want a quick response whilst i quickly view and/or buy stuff. Furthermore, say anything informal and they seem to just go away and not reply anymore without any sign that there gone, im not making a joke out of you and the site chat im just being a bit informal and not taking the communication so seriously. To me, when they leave without any sign i find it rude, un-useful and overall just a poor service. Get some friendlier, more responsive customer service employees to use the chat, who know what there doing and wont just ditch customers off from one informal message or a query they dont know the answer to

Next day delivery and reasonably well priced items are the plus points of dealing with Abbott Lyon. Terrible customer services and lack of phone support and 36 hour reply time on email are the areas they need to improve.

Love the products, but bangle very small - my size 10 skinny daughter could only just get the bangle on her wrist - so had to return the bangle. returns process quite slow and had to pay for returns

The watch looks beautiful however it has stopped randomly a couple of times which is quite frustrating, and I find the button that changes both the time and date is quite tricky to work. Fashion over function for me.
