“I ordered a watch which came pretty quick, I had to return it which was in the end fairly easy, it is hard to get in touch with the company though. Took a while to get back to me after my returns request, no phone number to use, and tried Facebook messaging and got no answer. The process was fine once I had got an email reply, but would be made easier with a phone number.”
