Bought a personalised bracelet as a gift with a “guaranteed pre Christmas delivery” that never arrived. Customer service is really poor I wouldn’t recommend this company at all after the experience I’ve had. Definitely won’t be buying again.

A personalised Christmas present (custom made heart necklace) that was guaranteed to be delivered by the 23rd December has still not arrived. It is the 30th December. I have emailed twice stating I want a full refund and had no response. Very poor and I am very disappointed.

Asking for a review when I’ve still received nothing! Absolutely shocking and disgusting service, this is unfortunately my second bad experience with them after only purchasing twice from them and hoping I just had a bad experience the first time, how very wrong I was. I ordered a bracelet on December 12th for my daughter in law it was guaranteed before Christmas i think the 20th it was expected. I had an email on Monday 22nd saying it will be hear on the 29th now and to pick something else in the link I was sent as a guaranteed present for Christmas as an apology and so I could still have something to use as a Christmas gift, which wasn’t ideal and I was very disappointed but accepted it and the gesture. Again it never showed and it is now the 30th December and still nothing. Such terrible service, I am so disappointed especially as it was for Christmas and even more so that I was offered an apology gift as a guaranteed present and still no sign of that, be warned if you purchase from them how shocking there service is and more so I believe it them when they apologised and said the new gift would be here by the 24th so I would still have a gift which wasn’t ideal a relief, only for that to not come either. So very disappointed and dissatisfied with them, be mindful of this when purchasing.

Ordered a Christmas present on the 6th of December as website stated guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It is now the 30th of December and I contacted them on the 29th I am waiting for an email to resolve this issue but I have received an email to write a review so that shows priority of customer service very unhappy and letdown

I ordered a bracelet for my husband for Christmas, received an email that the quality wasn’t up to your standards, received a £75 voucher with a guarantee a new item would arrive by Christmas. I ordered a new item on 22nd December and it arrived the next day…although it wasn’t the original bracelet I ordered I was very happy that the new one arrived on time and I wasn’t let down. Great service!

My experience with Abbott Lyon has been nothing short of excellent. I had left it a little late to order a personalised Christmas present and messaged them to see if it could arrive in time. Their customer service replied to my emails very quickly. When they had my product ready they were not happy with its finish so didn’t send it but sent me a voucher code to order something else whilst they re-made it to give for Christmas. My order is due out any day now. They have kept me informed all the way and been very generous with their compensation. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and will certainly ordering from them myself again.

My Black Friday order was not delivered in time for Christmas. I ordered two personalised lockets and I’ve had no communication from Abbott Lyon since I asked for a refund on 28th December. I’ve still not had my order and it’s 30th December 2025. Poor service and poor communication which I have paid for. I won’t trust in this company again sadly. Emma.
