“I have a few pieces from Abbot Lyon, unfortunately one broke, however the customer service was 100% and I received a full refund to chose another piece. My replacement came quickly despite being another personalised item. Can't fault this company, love the jewellery”

“I ordered a necklace for my wife as a Christmas present however it didn’t arrive until well after Christmas, it was ordered well before Christmas, plus I was sent emails stating that delivery would before Christmas, very disappointed.”

“I received a pair of Huggies hoop earrings with the heart on last summer and was delighted with them. This Christmas I received another pair of pair in silver with a green heart they are lovely great quality and not too heavy so I wear all the time. With this in mind I purchased a tennis style bracelet for my daughter just after Christmas and it’s lovely I am really pleased with the quality and my daughter loves it too. I can see us being return customers. Going forward Abbott Lyon will be the first place I look for special gifts.”

“Didn’t receive the leather bracelet I bought for Christmas for my husband. After sending many emails and only receiving the odd one back, I eventually found out it had been lost in transit. I’ll never order another thing from here, i understand mistakes can happen but the commutation was absolutely terrible.”
