“Had a pair of earrings for myself which are beautiful, unfortunately the second pair that I purchased as a gift were very poor quality and arrived damaged. Customer services were brilliant and immediately organised a replacement, which also arrived damaged. This seems to be a design issue more than anything else. They have organised a replacement of a different style of earring now. Customer services have been great. Just a shame about the quality of this specific earring style.”

“I ordered these rings for my friends birthday. The rings are beautiful, but I was really disappointed with the packaging. They are a cluster ring, yet each ring came in an individual cardboard envelope. Nothing else! I didn’t want to give my friend three cardboard envelopes! For £100 I was disappointed on the packaging.”
