“Good customer service i contacted them through the online chat option, quick responses the only thing id say is keep in the mind how long the product will take to arrive”

“Ordered a fidget ring with customised stamps around it, it’s beautifully made but I’m slightly disappointed that the stamps aren’t spread out to cover the whole ring, instead they are just on one side which seems a shame.”

“I would like to leave a review but I have tried collecting my order a few times from my local pick up point but have not been sent a collection code, since receiving the email that my order was ready to collect last Thursday. Not happy. Very frustrating as this was a gift for a family member today. Once I get or if I get the code I will leave a review. Not impressed.”

“I ordered this watch for a birthday. I did pay the next day delivery which was not fulfilled however after being able to whatsapp the customer care team I got a refund of the delivery cost. The watch is much prettier in real life, very shiny, classy, looks so much more expensive. It came with a tool so you can remove the links to fit you, however I have tried and tried and they do not come out easily so I will have to take it to a jewellers. Would definitely buy this product again. The diamonds sparkle.”

“Love my white quartz custom bracelets. They are so pretty and I am never taking them off. The only thing I would say is the letters flip upside down more than facing upwards so unless you keep rearranging them letter side up, they stay gold side up mostly. But still very pretty”

“Lovely bangle, wet happy with packaging and shipping. My only concern is the clasp, the bagel keeps coming undone and I am concerned it will fall off”
