Ordered for a Christmas gift on 1st Dec. It’s now 30th Dec and my order still hasn’t arrived. Very poor customer service and very poor service in general. I would recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance if planning on buying for certain occasion/gift

Excellent customer service didn't get my necklaces to me in time for Christmas so contacted me to offer £125.00 voucher for something that would be delivered by Christmas. Ordered 2 rings which were delivered before Christmas and were very beautiful. Amazing company thank you so much for your thoughtful gesture making sure I had something to give

Please contact me on 07814619597 I still haven’t received my items that were promised 23/12 I’m still awaiting emails regarding the order, absolutely know one has come back to me and a Christmas present is ruined your customer service is nothing short of terrible. According to the last email the item was having its final touches!! So it leads me to believe it’s not even ready!! And no you sen me a email to say how have we done what an absolute joke!!

Order not recieved. Stated it was guaranteed for Christmas delivety but failed to deliver and they continue to fail to respond to complaint emails. No idea where my order is, and no response to refund request. 13 yr old daughter went without the one present she wanted the most. The fact you have even sent a review request is shocking. I want my money back!

Poor. Communication and trying to get in contact simply terrible.. Waited weeks emailing as the site didn't allow something technical fault there end Yet more than enough time to sort. They emailed night before 23rd when was due to say arriving Emailed me on the 23rd to say it didn't meet yhe standard we have cancelled your order. Then they emailed to say will ve delivered on the 30th Dec Then emailed to say sorry we got it wrong it's arriving jan 2nd 3rd So what's the chances ???

Ordered two personalised items on 13th November, expected delivery was 10th December. It’s now 30th December and the items still have not arrived. Was told repeatedly the item would arrive in time for Xmas, only to receive an email on 23rd December that the items would not arrive but I was given a £150 gift card and promised items would arrive by 30th December, only to then get another email 20 minutes later to say actually they will be coming 1st - 2nd January. I appreciate the gift card but to me it was just far too little far too late. The customer service is terrible, given generic answers and fobbed off constantly with “ we guarantee the items will arrive before Xmas” when they knew that would never be the case. I find it very unlikely that I will shop from Abbott Lyon again.

Did exeaclty what it said o the tin, great communication and regular updates as the item progressed and delivered intime for Christmas. Would highly recommend Abbott Lyon. Oh and not to forget the great products and attention to detail on the final product.

I ordered on 7th December after being promised guaranteed delivery before Christmas. The order was delayed multiple times due to quality issues, and I was given a gift card to order an alternative item that was advertised as arriving in time for Christmas. Despite selecting Christmas delivery, this order was also delayed. One parcel was never even received by DPD, I had no tracking updates, and my emails went unanswered. I was left without a Christmas present for my mum. Very disappointing service and poor communication throughout. Still yet to hear from them!

Ordered on the 28th November, had no update on where my order is. It was meant to be a Xmas present, I have emailed asking for an update and had no response. Unacceptable.

Wrong order sent originally. Took around 3/4 hours of emails back and forward to get sorted. Ended up receiving 2 of the same items before the one that was incorrect was fixed. Departments don’t seem to communicate with each other. Several emails asking to provide evidence I had already sent, on more than one occasion, so clearly emails are not read as a whole. The most frustrated I have ever been dealing with a company. Will not return
