“Very helpful with answers to all my questions prior to ordering. Unfortunately I had a rare glitch with my new machine but without issue, a replacement was dispatched and the original collected promptly. I cannot fault The Sewing Studio for its friendliness. Im still navigating my Jenome 2700p but, so far, its a dream with lots more exciting goodies to discover!!!!”

“After researching online for a much needed upgrade to my sewing machine, I found The Sewing Studio stocked the Janome model I decided on. Their website was easy to navigate and made ordering easy, delivery was prompt and the after sales was brilliant, they even offer links to online tutorials and I feel confident that should something go wrong with my machine they will be available to offer advice and/or repair. I will be taking advantage of the additional warranty on offer also, which provides 5 years warranty in total. Very happy with my purchase.”

“The advent parcels arrived have made two,have managed to not read the instructions properly on one of them so have to work out the best way to make it work. Always read instructions more than once and read again . Very efficient service on delivery .”

“What a fantastic company! Their customer service is outstanding! I ordered a pack of Makower 21 Christmas fat quarters with Makower linen fabric. When it arrived the wrong fat quarter pack had been sent. I contacted them by email and they were so prompt in replying. I was informed that they would send out the correct pack and a returns form for me to send the other pack back. Lo and behold, the correct pack turned up the following day! 🤗 So thank you Sewing Studio 👏 a mistake rectified in spectacular time.”

“Bought this sewing machine for my granddaughter aged 13. She loves to come to use my machine so as a surprise I bought her this one as reviews for beginners was good. She has since used it to make herself a skirt, she managed to thread the machine and use it by herself. It seems a great buy and an encouragement for her to continue to sew. Very pleased with the choice.”
