“Goods not received yet, and I paid extra postage. I wouldn't say, but you asked. Lovely fabric, pity it didn't arrive within the 24 hours. Also when I ordered it stated I was eligible for a charm pack, as I'd spent over a certain amount. Please could you send me the charm pack. T%hank-you.”

“After many years I decided I should treat myself to a new sewing machine. I found the sewing studio website easy to navigate and provided all the information needed to make an informed choice of which machine would suit my skills best. They were quick to respond and available to answer any questions or additional information. Delivery was fast and I’m very happy with my purchase.”
