“Wanted 4 machines to use for students in my patchwork and sewing workshops. The Janome 230DC was suggested as an good model. I spoke with Stacey in Customer services who helped with the order process and ensured that the delivery would happen on a specific day. She was in contact throughout the whoel process and extremely helpful. The machines are great and I will be ordering a few more in the future to expand my current machines. May even buy a new one for me to use.”

“Service excellent. Ordered machine on Saturday machine delivered Wednesday. I was concerned when the machine didn't arrive when courier said but the sewing studio chased up delivery and it was delivered next day.brilliant service”

“The service is excellent and the quality never disappoints. However the delivery by Royal Mail leaves a lot to be desired. I live in Cornwall and the postal service is,as you know, terrible. I think my post am delivers maybe twice a week. All other delivery services seem to be able to deliver on time but not Royal Mail. They send an email to say the have my parcel and it could be up to a week before they deliver.”

“What lovely ladies all that I met were so unfailingly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking to buy a new sewing mahine it is definately a must to have a trip to the shop. I would also encourage you to listen to the advice it really is worth its weight in gold. Thank you ladies for all your help my new machine is excellent.”

“I bought a sewing machine from the Sewing Studio some time ago. The service I received then was beyond compare to other places I had visited. Recently, I wanted an overlocker, I hadn't used one for many years so I was a little unsure. There was though, no question on where to go to buy it. The lady who served me was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a demonstration of how to use it. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It's a shame that other stores don't follow your excellent lead in Customer Service. I will definitely be back at some point, so thank you and well done.”

“I bought my Bernina 770 Pro from The Sewing Studio the service was excellent and it was dispatched very quickly! I have since purchased a considerable amount of fabric as well and again the quality and price was outstanding! It's nice to be able to shop online and get quality merchandise quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use The Sewing Studio again!”
