“Having recently started quilting, I turned to the Sewing Studio to purchase a new machine - Mine was very basic and I deserved a treat, deciding on a Brother F580. Being incredibly lucky to only live 2 miles from the shop meant I could collect in person. The team at the shop were quick to assist my collection and the handy customer parking is perfect for collecting bulky purchases. The only downside of living so close is my bank balance (or lack of it now), I seem to be back in there every other week and find it impossible to walk out with only the item I intended to purchase on the way in! All the team are so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The fabric range is huge, so sometimes its hard to make a decision because I want it all!”

“Had some issue with my sewing machine where bobbin wouldn’t wind and machine wouldn’t stitch. Staff handled this kindly and professionally and sent a replacement. New machine is perfect.”

“Having ordered a jelly roll that unfortunately had 2 strips in it poorly cut by the manufacturer, these were replaced by the Sewing Studio without any quibble. The jelly roll was exactly the colours I had been hoping for and were true to the websites photos . It was packed well and arrived quickly . Great service thank you.”

“I have just bought a new Brother F420 sewing machine through the sewing studio.The help and assistance was excellent. I had a query about my machine and spoke to a very knowledgeable lady who was able to answer and guide me through the sequence in order to correct my problem. Wonderful service!”

“I needed a new foot controller for my sewing machine, luckily you had one in stock which I paid for by card over the telephone. The assistant suggested sending it by post but I was able to organise someone to collect it for me. Excellent service and very efficient and pleasant member of staff.”

“I recommend the sewing studio. All the material I have purchased from you has been good quality The packaging is secure. I like that you manage the finance for the customs. It makes a huge difference to the speed in which parcels arrive Personally I would like to know the repeat of the pattern as it's a big help when working out how much material you need for a given design or even for fussy cutting I'm very pleased with all the service I have received”

“I ordered a selection of blue fabrics, all quite similar, for my quilt; the lovely person that picked and packed my order very thoughtfully labelled the pieces so I would know which was which! That's service - going above and beyond. Sewing Studio is by far the best place to shop for quilt fabrics in the UK.”
