“I phoned prior to order to see if there was a code for first order. Lady said the special offer code related to fabric. Told her I wasn’t ordering fabric but two quilting rulers. She put me on hold and said she’d sent me an email for my order but with 10% off. Really surprised and extremely grateful and will definitely order again. I watch all the videos and I’m trying to convince hubby we need to go to cornwall for a couple of days!! Many thanks again, Diane”

“5 stars for sure. From the very outset the communication was great quality. I watched a video about which said "Buy at a distance with confidence." I asked for more detail and got a reply within half an hour that said make sure you keep your box and packaging for any servicing or repairs." From that point onwards, every enquiry was answered immediately. The finance options were great and despatch was brilliant even over Easter. I reccommend this trustworthy company.”

“Bought my Brother Airflow 3000 Serger/ overlocker last Friday early hours. And it hot delivered the next day just after lunchtime. I couldn't believe it never have I had anything delivered so quick. The packaging was absolutely fantastic. Every question I've asked the staff, always gets a quick response back. So happy with my first purchase, now swing up for another Brother embroidery/sewing g machine Thank You 😊”

“I recently bought a Janome sewing machine from The Sewing Studio. I had very good service and prompt replies to my queries. I'm delighted with the machine. However, I am now inundated with daily emails, which is way over the top! One per week is the most I would find acceptable. No warning was given for this, and to make me even angrier, I have been receiving SMS text links to discounts, etc. I DO NOT WANT THESE! I do not feel I can recommend to friends or colleagues if they are also going to be inundated in this way, or I will only get grumbles from them!”
