“I love the sewing studio. The customers service is second to none, the fabric is superior to most and a place to get everything you need for quilters. I've never had anything I have not loved until the Ruby starstash pack. The moda one was amazing. After saying that, I've shopped with them for years and that's the only time I've ever been disappointed. Well worth investing in a very thing they have.”

“I received your sale info with great expectations of stocking up with fat quarters for our next quilting project (actually Green Tea and Sweet Beans by Jen Kingwell) but was disappointed to find that I had to buy half a metre of each. It's not the cost - it's just I really don't need a half metre but do need a wide selection of fabrics. Otherwise, love your range of fabrics and REALLY appreciate your speedy delivery. Thanks very much”

“I recently bought 7 fat quarters. When hey wtere delivered I was very disappointed. Two of the fabrics were fine but the other 5 were very different from the images on your website. I sent these five back to you and you processed the refund very quickly and efficiently. So a 5 star rating for your staff but probably only a 3 star rating for your website. I'm afraid I would hesitate to order fabric again.”

“Good range of products so the Sewing Studio had what I needed. Order easy, delivery prompt. The envelope containing the spool of thread was damaged, luckily the spool didn’t fall out, a bit more wrapping would have been better. Will use Sewing Studio again.”

“The Sewing Studio is a marvellous place. I would say 95% of all haberdashery can be purchased there. Wonderful display of fabrics. Great prices. I enjoy shopping in there mostly but if I can’t get there I can get it posted to me using their online shop.”

“My purchase of my new machine was a very easy process from start to delivery. I particularly liked the videos which gave me lots of information on the machine I was interested in. I chose the Sewing Studio because I knew if there was a problem I could speak to some body to talk through any issues i may have. I emailed them on receipt and received a very grateful and prompt reply. I felt reassured to contact them at any time. I was able to read through the information on extending the warranty. I took out the extra cover and this was easy to do online. All relevant proof of warranty purchase was emailed through afterwards. I am going to share my work , when it is finished, on the sewing forum. I think this is a lovely way to feature your work and to share ideas on what to tackle next! The sewing machine is great and I am thrilled! Thank you for your service and on going support.”

“I have had many purchases from the sewing studio. Like my most recent they come well wrapped, secure and in a timely fashion. I particularly like the notifications from the studio that tells me my items are being packed!! Much excitement ensues. Thank you team. Ps I enclosed a pic of the Halloween hanging I made with material from the studio!”

“Thank you very much for great service. I watched a couple of videos on your website which were well put together and helped me to decide to upgrade my 43 year old singer sewing machine to a digital machine. I have started patchwork quilting recently so the special offer including accessories really swung the decision. It's early days but so far I am really pleased with the machine. The ordering process was fast and efficient. I would have no hesitation in ordering from sewing studio again.”
