“Outstanding service. Ordered my first embroidery machine which was really exciting. Unfortunately it came damaged which was no fault of the sewing studio as these things can happen. I emailed them and they responded right away arranging a replacement machine and collection of the damaged one. I have bought a machine from here before and was so pleased with the service that I returned to them when wanted to buy again. Both machines are Janome and I 100% happy”

“I have spent ages going through reviews to make my decision to purchase a new sewing machine . The Sewing Studio have everything covered, each machine has a very detailed walk through video and the website allows you to compare machine against machine. I couldn't decide between 2 so gave them a call. They were so helpful and rather than push me to choose the most expensive, they listened to me and guided me to my choice. Choice made, I couldn't be happier and highly recommend The Sewing Studio.”
