“I recently bought the Brother NV880E embroidery machine after chatting with Anna at the Sewing Studio. Top notch advice! Brilliant service (delivered next day) Anna has happily answered my emails with great advice (learing at 64 years old sometimes takes longer) Thanks for your patience Anna x The machine is absolutely amazing, I love it.. there is so much it can do and im actually finding it pretty easy to get the hang of. The quality is excellent and the quality of embroidery is amazing (makes me look pretty clever) It's easy to gather pes files and transfer to the machine and great designing things to embroidery. I haven't had the machine a full week yet but the possibilities are endless.. roll on retirement! If you're up for something new treat yourself im glad I did. Thanks Sewing Studio and Anna x”

“Well what can I say but 10 out of 10. Such a fantastic service. I was only looking at the Janome 6 AE on Wednesday and by Thursday it was here. When I got on their help line to ask about discount , it was such a pleasure to get a rapid response. I ordered it and I got rapid response again. They kept me in touch the whole way through. The machine is brilliant and a real pleasure to use and is everything I wanted in a machine. DPD delivered the parcel as I was told they would. On unpacking it, it was like all my Christmas’s come at once and so well packed The videos are excellent and so informative and helped me make a decision. Watched it again once it was here and allowed me to remind myself how certain things work. Thank you Anna and all the team at the sewing centre in Redruth, for such a fantastic service . Highly recommend them.”

“Very good delivery time. Pretty simple instructions to follow. Liked having the DVD and the book. Did think that the DVD started at the wrong place - surely winding a bobbin and threading should come before everything else.”

“Apart from the very wide range of fabric and sewing machines, the customer service is outstanding. I purchased the Brother NV1800Q and received it the next day as well as numerous fabrics. If there has been a problem or query Anne or Jenny ring and with a short conversation all is sorted. The same if I have a query. There are so few companies today who consistently provide an outstanding customer service experience and this is high praise from someone who used to work in retail and train staff of all levels in the service we would all like to receive. Thank you for everything.”

“I just received my last order and I am more than happy. Beautiful fabrics from the Andover Golden line and quite a few metres from the sale fabrics. Colors are exactly like shown on the website. Love everything I got. Even the wrapping paper needs to get 5 stars. Greetings from Austria, Brigitta”

“Thank you the sewing studio, very helpful when deciding which sewing machine would be the best option for my needs, always answered email swiftly. Arrive quickly & well packaged, love the machine, already used it several times. My only negative would be I also ordered some scissors which are not long enough, I’m unsure if I can return these. But overall an excellent purchase with the sewing machine.”
