Good morning, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. I can see that you made contact with us regarding this yesterday morning, I am afraid we are not open on a Sunday which is why you are yet to receive a response. I have looked into this and can see your order was for a quantity of 3 units. As per the details on our website we sell per 1/4 metre, so you should have received a piece that measures approximately 75cm in length, by 104cm in width. If you wish to purchase 3 metres, then a quantity of 12 should be added to the basket. When ordering on our website, the quantity drop down details the length you are ordering in metres to make it easier when purchasing. I hope that makes sense, but if not I am more that happy to talk it though over the phone. Kind regards Anna

“Hi sadly I find your website very hard to understand and navigate. And why do you sell out SO quickly when the show might have only been on air a few minutes. It’s not an unusual happening almost every show is the same. Bring more stock - you’d sell more and make more profit! Thanks Chris”

You've mentioned a show and being on air, however we aren't featured on tv at the moment. We're The Sewing Studio in Cornwall but there are a few other businesses with similar names.
