Hi. I feel that one purchase from you does not really warrant a review at this early stage. I will continue to view your site and purchase when I need to abd possibly after a 6-12 month association I will be more prepared to commit to a review, but thank you for reaching out and providing a good service so far.

Hi June, Thanks for your feedback. We can see you downloaded one of our free patterns, and it appears the download was successful. We’re glad you found our complimentary resources useful. This is a free digital product, we’re unable to provide personal tech support for printing issues however I can assure you all our free patterns are printable, printer support falls outside the scope of our service. We kindly suggest checking your printer settings or seeking help from someone familiar with home printing. Fabric order was accurate & delivered on time & in good order. Disappointment lies in the follow up when I raised the point that I didn't receive a marketing gift of a charm pack. I was presented with the offer, in a pop up, and I fulfilled the financial requirements of the offer. No charm. I was told the offer was just being implemented at the time & I didn't qualify. Not my impression at all. Told I could add to next order, but such a poor CX for the purchser (me), I am not inclined to make a second order.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to see an offer and not receive the expected item. Unfortunately, your order coincided with the exact time the promotion was being implemented, which may have caused some confusion with the automatic application of the offer. While the mini charm does need to be added manually to the cart for the discount to apply at checkout, we completely appreciate how this wasn’t clear and how it affected your experience. I ordered by Brother Stellaire XE2 9.50 x 9.50 embroidery frame and although I waited for over 3 weeks before delivery, when it was received it was very well packaged and in lovely condition.

Happy with ordering process but courier company just left a £1700.00 sewing machine sitting on the doorstep. They didn't bother knocking or ringing the bell. Good job I'm honest !!

Quick and friendly service. Only annoying thing was I ordered 1.m 25. Assuming it would come as one length, but I got a one metre piece and a fat quarter. Was this a mistake or did I order it wrong. Anneke Evans

Product was standard, but it took ages to arrive. The 48 hours tracked was from when they sent it, which was more than a week after I purchased the item

It’s a bit of a con to advertise a discount gift card if you spend over a certain value only to find the gift card expires even before your goods arrive. Be fair!

I ordered over a meter of a Dreamy Flowers - a very pretty delicate fabric. I loved the colours and the abstract pattern. The Sewing Studio accidentally sent a similar fabric with a similar style but different design. When I reviewed it they not only sent the correct fabric but also allowed me to keep the original fabric. I am very impressed by their swift action to rectify the mistake. Looking forward to designing something special for my granddaughter. Thank you, Sewing Studio.

Purchased Rag Bag and assumed it would be lovely, alas no! Have too many duplicates and that makes me very disappointed and unsure if I will purchase one of these in the future.

Delivery is good but one of the fabrics that I ordered was not cut very well at all, it was creased very badly and therefore when it came to cutting the length required it was not at all acurate.

Hello Linda, I am sorry that one of the fabrics was not cut very well and was creased. I can see you ordered three different fabrics from us, if you would like to let us know which fabric this was, I will pass this feedback to the staff and the rest of the shop team. I have issued a part refund to your account for the equivilant of a 1/4m of fabric for you to allow for the cutting error. The products and delivery are good as far as I can tell. But as a novice to sewing, it was not clear to me that the mini charms packs were so small. I bought them for my daughter to do a Dike if Edinburgh project and they are. It suitable, I need the bigger ones so will have to re-order. At the point of purchase it would be helpful to have items which are appropriately to work together so that complete beginners have some idea of what they are doing, otherwise it’s quite a daunting array of information to make sense of.

Instructions for completion of advent calendar were not right. There was no dotted line on panel to match with dotted lines on pockets. I have made advent calendars before so I was able to complete satisfactorily.

Sadly, there have been 2 more strike days since then on 30th November, and 1st of December. It is on its way to you albeit slower than we are used to, I am very sorry about that. Can’t really give a fair review as I’m still yet to receive my order. Been inform it is on its way but held up due to Royal Mail strikes.

Normally I would have given 5. But now no coffee or toilet facilities we have spent considerably less a good look round, coffee then spend but as mature ladies we have had to go elsewhere for facilities and leave sooner than we would like. Otherwise a brilliant shop covering all your patchwork needs. And fantastic variety of materials.
