Liked the drinks ordered except for the spirits. It wasn’t really what I was expecting. I ordered the “too good to throw” items and understand you get what’s in stock but I received two bottles of almost the exact same spirit so a bit disappointed with that and also the “alcohol-free” package is actually just overpriced soft drinks and not alcohol alternatives eg AF beer like I assumed it would be.

Great company, good choice of zero alcohol drinks, good value. Sadly sent me the wrong beers which was a shame as they were a gift. They did however send me a refund..

All the functional side was very good - easy ordering on a phone, website works on a phone, good comms and swift dispatch. Items arrived safe and were well packed. Why only 3 stars then? One star off because part of my order was Ghost Ship 330ml cans, which I then found in my local corner shop for the exact same price for 500ml bottles. Not good. Then I discovered that WB has the bottles, but they don't come up as gluten free and are more expensive. Puzzling. Finally I looked again at all the gluten free stuff and found that the majority is tiny cans - either 250ml or 330ml. But you are selling beer! Surely people want to buy it in pints, or at least 500ml? I feel a bit unfair for knocking another star off for that, as perhaps the products simply aren't available in bigger sizes from the breweries. But if I'm to order again, I will only order products which come in a minimum of 500ml. Perhaps WB can lean on their suppliers to provide product in decent sized units - ideal for postal would be 500ml cans but bottles work too.

A good provider of non alcoholic beers with a great variety. They are a little expensive compared to buying them in supermarkets though. I was very disappointed to find the worst beer in the world in one of mixed boxes - Budweiser.

The products were great, but the order was split into two deliveries and I wasn't told. The first delivery had a picking list that listed everything I had ordered so I was a bit worried and contacted both Wise Bartender and delivery company. Everything was fine and I wasn't in a hurry, but it would have been better to notify me earlier

Ordered as 0.0% beer was gluten free but I have doubts that it has 0.05% as I felt the effect of the alcohol Slightly. Service was good but have doubts about no alcohol.

Thank you for the comments on good service. Also wanted to assure you that all of the drinks we offer are below 0.5% ABV, the same as a ripe banana and less than soy sauce! Interestingly there is also studies proving that drinking AF beer releases the same endorphins as alcoholic beer, that means you get all the good times without the bad!

The beers i've ordered are great (the best choice of gluten free low alcohol beers i've found and this is about my third order). BUT most of the beers are usually out of stock at any one time this happens every time I order. And much more annoyingly (and definitely within the control of the company) the voucher I was sent for £5 off wasn't usable. I tried to use it on the last day of the month it was valid in and a helpful message popped up saying the checkout facility/online shopping was closed for maintenance!! I did try emailing the company to resolve, but they didn't even reply to my email. so i'm very disappointed by this!

I chose to buy for them because they stock a range of alcohol-free wines that I wanted to try (good) and ordered three different ones. Delivery was quick (good again) but when I opened the box it contained only two, despite three being shown on the delivery note - and still shown in this questionnaire (bad). An email informing them of the deficiency received a prompt and apologetic reply (good again) and my refund was processed quickly (good yet again). Because of the failure to deliver what they said they had I don't feel able to give more than 3*, though I think this is basically a good company andI will not be deterred from ordering from them again.

I was pleased with the communications via email regarding my order and any questions I had, however my experience with Wise Bartender went downhill quickly with the actual delivery of my order. The company uses Parcelforce for deliveries -- I think they should really find a new delivery method. Parcelforce made no effort to find the address I put on file and therefore did not deliver my package. I asked those at Wise Bartender where my package was once days had passed after I was supposed to receive it, and they did not even know. They had to contact Parcelforce directly. It turns out my package was being held at a depot 25 minutes away. If I didn't have a friend with a car, that would have been an impossible retrieval for me as there are no train stations or busses nearby to the depot. This package was a gift for someone and it turned into such an ordeal, nevermind being also a week late by the time I was able to retrieve the package. I would have had a much better experience with Wise Bartender if not for these issues with delivery. Unfortunately because of how late, inconvenient, and uncommunicative the delivery was, I don't see myself ordering from Wise Bartender again unless they change couriers.

Hi I actually wrote on the chat part of your website but didn't get a reply. I wasn't able to make the order large enough to get free delivery as most of the wines I wanted were out of stock. So ended up reducing my order from 6 to 4 bottles. I bought them as tasters as we have recently changed to 0% drinks out of necessity and it's been difficult to find decent wine which doesn't taste like grape juice! There is one out of the 4 which I will be ordering again. Otherwise the delivery arrived correct and in good time. Louise

I love having a potential one stop shop for nonalcoholic drinks - but there’s an over emphasis on beer I feel. There are lots of options for cases of beer, ale and the like. But if I want an equivalent mixed case of cider and/or mixers to add to nonalcoholic spirits - the choice is nonexistent. The search options on the website are very poor to nonexistent for mixers. The order I cobbled together recently has got a great medley but I don’t know if there’s a way to reorder the same again or find new tipples. Please have a look at this for the future.

I order regularly but have experienced poor delivery service.I have had broken bottles and recently none delivery . Once I notified Wise Bartender that there was a problem they sorted it quickly .

The cider range was very good. The overall experience of purchasing the goods from Wise Bartender was also very good. The experience was somewhat marred by the poor service offered by the national hauliers... beyond the firm's direct control, of course. Yet Wise Tender rightly took responsibility for the third party and offered handsome apology and recompense.

Good selection of drinks...and I like the concept of the "bin end" box of random beers. Mine came with around half the same beer, but they've offered me money off my next box to compensate for this when I raised it as a disappointment. Best selection of non-alcoholic, or low-alcohol beers around I reckon.

The shipment arrived but a) half the cans are visibly dented b) the delivery company didn't provide a delivery window, so I couldn't plan to be at home, and when they came and I wasn't at home they didn't leave an infonotice so I couldn't reschedule the delivery (instead, I had to go pick up the big box from a different location) which, given the size of the box, defeats the purpose of having delivery in the first place.
