Put an order in for 2 bottles of wine(0% alc), but I recieved different bottles (also 0%) to the ones I actually ordered. There was a price difference, not in my favour, between what was ordered and what was received. The response to my order query was quick (hence the 2 stars - would have been 0 otherwise), but the choices limited. I could either have the difference refunded (which is the option I selected) or could have a slightly larger amount as loyalty points . The issues I have with this is that: a. I did not get what I ordered (and still ended up paying for 2 bottles I did not really want) b. Why would I order again if the order I got was incorrect? The wine I was send was actually pretty aweful, especially the white (maybe thats why I got what I did) , and would have preferred to get a refund, so will not be ordering again.

You are brilliant, but please do not use Parcel Force. Never. Ever. They haven’t even tried to deliver, twice, and we had to pick it up from the post on Tuesday instead of Friday - that’s five days. It would have been a special gift we needed on Sunday, and now we have to wait at least half a year for the next occasion… Completely ruined our previously great experience with this company.

Great choice of wines, but disappointed that paying extra for Saturday delivery was not money well spent, as wines didn’t arrive until Monday - too late for the event they were intended for!

Apologies the saturday delivery was missed, unfortunately, the couriers ae a little busier than expected. I have refunded the additional premium paid for the Saturday service 😊

You can however select your prefered courier on checkout such as Parcel Force, so if you have one that performs a bit better in your area you can select that one :) Best, Tom

Ordered on Friday, and received on Saturday! Updated review after I tried “2023 Alcohol Free Beer Advent Calendar” since I can’t review the product itself because it’s no longer available: Great idea, horrible execution - it’s too hard to open individual door, you need to apply too much force and with varying degrees of success the box just tears. The whole different story is to take the beer out of the hole. If it’s a can - forget about it, you can’t physically do it because cans are just wider, you have to tear apart the box. Even taking out a bottle was a struggle.

Order fulfilment process lacks quality control checks: - Items missing from delivery. - Part delivery items past BBE date. Customer service saving grace in prompt resolution of delivery issues.

12 bottles arrived in one box and upside down, partially opened. Too heavy for me to lift! Please send further orders of 12 bottles in two separate boxes. Thank you!

I ordered on the 16th March on 1 - 2 working day delivery by Parcel Force, by the 25th March still have not received my delivery email sent saying I was cancelling if not received by 29th March. On 27 received the following "It looks like from the tracking it has been damaged by UPS in transit and we weren’t notified" Thought that I was getting my delivery by Parcel Force. The package was eventually delivered on the 29th. No apology nothing. Poor Customer Service.

Hi Kenneth, Really sorry you package was delayed as it was damaged. my email to you went - ''Apologies you haven’t had you package yet. It looks like from the tracking it has been damaged by UPS in transit and we weren’t notified. I’ll get a new one out right away and it should be with you tomorrow'' Your package was then with you the next day once we knew it had been damaged. I know how damages can be really frustrating as we often don't get updates from our couriers which lead to delays, if you ever need more information on your delivery you are always welcome to get in touch with us. I have yet to receive my 6 bottles of bubbly, over a week after placing my order & was going to start chasing to see what's going on with the delivery.

Hi, just checked your order and after a fialed attempt to deliver it has been dropped at your Local Post Office at Abbey Meads. You can take along the card that was left or 2 forms of ID to colelct it :) Thanks

I was very dissatisfied in the sentia that I ordered- I had an online chat asking what maybe an alternative to port and this was suggested. The bottle was tiny and £16.99 - 4.99 was added for postage -to add insult to injury the taste was disgusting so it has seen the sink !!! Very disappointed indeed and not sure whether to renew my monthly subscription as have not received my 4 complimentary drinks yet …..I will see how things go

Poor products with little or no taste. Customer service needs to be improved as if you say your not happy with a product they put the blame back on you for buying it ! Very strange way to operate Will not use again as other places and products are far superior and don’t waste your time. Very disappointing

Sorry you are not satisfied, as advised the bin end pack is a lucky dip of products, some of which may not be to your taste but is also a great way to explore new drinks at a bargain price. This pack contains products which are end of line and this reflected in the large diuscount offered :)

Hi James, Apologies for the delay, as advised the strike action by couriers and bank holiday that meant that the 3 day working delivery window was stretched. hopefully the extra credit we added to your account helps :)

The order process and delivery were seamless and everything went to plan, however, I was somewhat disappointed that one of the beers was beyond its best before date and a few others were just on the best before date. I used you following a recommendation and purchased this as a gift for a friend and a trial for an order myself. Its a great concept and i hope this is not typical of what to expect.

Product was dispatched quickly but with an incorrect address which meant it didn’t arrive on time at all and after several emails to the company I concluded that the customer service is very poor.
