“An easy to use website with plenty of choice! Even better than there are gluten free/alcohol free beers as these are always hard to come by other than just a plain lager. The only issue I had was the order button didnt work on some of the beers available.”

“Great selection of beer however I didn’t realise that the section is completely random so the beer I was hoping to get in my selection that was pictured don’t appear. That said all beers look great and delivery was super fast”

Thanks Jon, really glad the beers themselves landed well and delivery was quick. On the selection pack, contents can shift depending on what's in stock at the time, so what's pictured isn't always guaranteed. Good flag though, we'll make that clearer on the listing so it's obvious upfront.

“Very good overall - thank you! Unfortunately, having signed up for the mailing list and being promised a discount on my first order, that discount didn't seem to come through. Apart from that a good experience.”

“Easy to find what I wanted and put together an order. Taking my time sampling the products. Delivery was timely but despite delivery supposedly needing a signature, the box was left in am open garage.”

“Bought a few 'last chance' offers, which are great value, especially the spirit. Although it was a shame that when I ordered the wine, I received 6 bottles of the same type. I had thought there would be a variety. It would be better to be able to understand what the 'last chance' type is before you buy. Love the supplier though, great being able to choose from such a wide range of AF options, especially love trying all the beers.”

“A wide selection of non-alcoholic beers, some very hard to find elsewhere online, at reasonable prices but their large minimum order sizes cause problems for those who like variety but are short on storage space.”

“I discoverd wise bartender back in 2024 when searching for some alchol free drinks i went with wise bartender because alot of places you could only buy in big quantities and wise bartender also had a good choice have oderd a few times now no issues delvery always fast me personally I think buying individually can get a little expensive especially on top of the £5.99 delivery i understand delivery is free over a certain amount the but for people who dont buy alot it can get a little expensive evan if theres was small savings like £5 for delivery rather than 5.99 which is reasonable price or what would be nice to see is some multi packs of 4 or maybe 6 in some of there drinks were it would cost a little less if u buy in packs that being said I will still continue to buy from wise bartender as they have all what u need I certainly would still recommend wise bartender”

“I ordered £30 (with p&p) of various drinks which I was looking forward to sampling with a view to ordering more. Although, the delivery seemed to be fulfilled - the actual delivery - went elsewhere, to whom I know not. That was the fault of the delivery company and not, I stress, that of The Wise Bartender. The Wise Bartender fulfilled a second order to replace the first which I was pleased about. So thank you for that TWB. I appreciate as a small family business there is a lot to do and I can only assume after some excellent PR from BBC R4 The Food Programme business picked up a pace. That’s what drew me to order with them. And so, with all that in mind - just a polite note to TWB team - please keep on top of your response admin as I did have to chase somewhat for my delivery to reach a final and happy resolution.”

While your order was dispatched promptly from our warehouse, it is clear that the courier failed to deliver it to the correct location and then did not action the requested collection and redelivery as expected. “An excellent range of non-alcoholic drinks and i was able to find an excellent 0% alcohol sparkling wine for a friend's birthday, which he was delighted with.”

“A lot of the wines are much better that those on the supermarket shelves for Non-alcohol and delivery is always prompt. The only issue I have is that their prices are high, but find a wine you like and then shop about.”

“Good selection of AF beers that arrived, eventually. Annoying to have to sign for delivery when there were instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place, meaning we had to wait around for the second delivery attempt. This is the courier's fault though, not WB's.”

“I've been buying from WIse Bartender for a few years now, and have always found them to be reliable and have a good range of drinks. They are a little more expensive than buying direct from the producers themselves, but that's understandable as you wouldn't use WB to buy selection of drinks from Nirvana say: you would mainly use them to buy beers and/or spirits from a variety of different drinks producers, especially ones that aren't readily available elsewhere.”
