“I received the drinks in good time but 2 out of the 6 had burst. Customer service was good and added 'points' to my account for me to use on another purchase. I might have preferred a refund of another 2 drinks sent out. Husband still enjoyed the remaining drinks. Should add, have used several times 8n the past and had no problems whatsoever.”

“love the concept of the advent alcohol free beverage advent calendar. excellent and fast delivery in time for 1 Dec. packaging just a bit of a challenge for bigger hands to get the cans out, also a number of the beverages were 0.5 alcohol which strictly speaking isn’t alcohol free. but otherwise and so far - day 5 - great variety”

“No issue with Wise Bartender but your courier DHL really failed. First message from them in Thursday said package would delivered Wednesday (yesterday!). Nest message said out for delivery. No further updates until 2 hrs after delivery time slot. Exactly the same on Friday. Finally delivered on the Saturday. I know things can go wrong but DHL completely failed to communicate what was happening.”

“I am normally very impressed by the rapidity of delivery. The last order suffered a delay due to a damaged package, but they did sort it out. Overall, a very good company to deal with.”

“Got this for my husband for advent. Looks really good. Very good price paid. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the beers as its advent and hasn't tried any yet but he is looking forward to when he can, especially when he has work the next day and cannot drink anything with high alcohol levels, perfect for him to have a beer while watching the football.”

“The range of products was good and delivery was quick. The minimum order value for free shipping seems a little high in comparison with other similar stores I have used, which will likely restrict me from regular use of Wise Bartender (you happened to have a product I wanted to try that the other dealers didn't this time).”

“I've purchased a selection of low alcohol beers to try and find one that I like, trying to limit the amount of alcohol drinks. As yet I have only tasted a couple and hopefully I will get round to the rest in the coming weeks. Good service Thanks”

“As always; thank you for GF 0% beer boxes! 😍 A larger mix box (24) this time but slightly disappointed with the mix proportion: bitter was the significant majority, a few lagers & no stout at all. Communications great, timeliness of dispatch & arrival were excellent & all well handled in transit, but just a little more mix variety would have been nice.”
