“The service provided by Wise Bartender themselves was very good, however the service provided by Parcel Force, the chosen courier has been abysmal. Firstly the damaged the first parcel and I had ring them to find out the situation. The replacement organised the same day by Wise Bartender arrived at the delivery depot on Saturday, was due for delivery yesterday (according to their app) but did not materialise. Supposedly arriving today, eight days after I placed my order and consequently cannot comment on any of the beers.”

“Great selection of beers and really fast delivery. Unfortunately one bottle had smashed, the packaging looked a little too flimsy to protect it. However customer services resolved quickly and will definitely be buying again!”

“Good selection of IPAs for my husband, so happy with that. He hasn't tried them yet, but fingers crossed he'll like the non-alcoholic versions. The notifications/admin were a little disorganised (said I'd collected the order when I hadn't and couldn't get through at all on the phone to query this) but all OK in the end. Collection very easy.”

“Being a Gluten Free individual is not always easy. When you add to that a wish to be alcohol free for a few weeks too, then it gets even tougher. But Wise Bartender not only helped but had such a large range it was difficult choosing. What I did choose was quickly delivered and all of it was delicious. I have picked out a couple of favourites though and will be ordering some more. I did'nt find the "mood enhancing" aspect worked but then I was not looking for that to begin with so no problem.”

“Mostly I loved the diversity of the advent calendar. Especially Jukes. I wasn’t keen on ginger dram or spicy tomato but that’s my taste. I loved the mocktails. It’s such a pleasure to have non alcoholic drinks I enjoy to join in with others. The white and rose wine also mainly delicious.”

“Good selection of alc-free drinks and delivery is always prompt! My only minor grumble is that the mobile site is not very user-friendly - an upgrade or app would be good.”

“I ordered a mixed box of alcohol free gluten free beer. I’ve only tried one and was completely impressed. Tasted like a real IPA without the alcohol. No messing ordering and delivery. Very impressed already! Thank you Wise Bartender 😊”
