Great products, however I paid for next day delivery on the 15th April for my dad’s birthday on the 17th and the parcel didn’t arrive until the 22nd. Would’ve been perfect if it had arrived on time!

Delivery took 8 days when it should have been 48 hours. Ordered the mixed collection of alcohol free drinks to try but when I received my order, 50% of the order was not what was in the mixed offer that I had ordered. One of the brands sent that I did not order, I can buy in my local Asda for 1/3 of the price. Very dissapointed.

Your order was placed on the evening of Weds 12/3/25 and shipped out the next day on a 2 day working service to Northern Ireland so the soonest it could land is Monday 17/3/25, apologies it was the day after this. I'm sorry you were dissapointed in the pack contents but as explained on the product page the contents varies depending on stock availability. Hopefully the £5 credit we gave you as a goodwill gestures helps a little.

I bought from this company on the proviso that delivery would happen before Christmas day. This did not happen and the apology I received I felt was dismissive. I have no confidence in using them again.

Ordered drinks for next working day delivery 8 days ago.....nothing delivered. Now off for Christmas so who knows where £50 of product will end up or when I'll see it, either way it will be too late to give as the gifts I intended . Such a shame a local business as a great idea as 0% booze becomes more popular. Makes me sad

Hi Andy, Apologies about this the delivery shows out for delivery today...fingers crossed you have it very soon. Im not quite sure why it has taken so long. If we were alerted to this sooner we could have resent a parcel with a different courier as we are seeing some courier local hubs a bit stretched :( Thanks Tom

Apologies for the delay, unfortunately the couriers are quite overstreched currently despite us getting orders out the same day. We have added a note on the banenr of the website to expect a 2-3 day dely on orders due to this.

Unfortunately I am still awaiting delivery of my order which was due two days ago. I tracked on Friday, it was purported that tge order was put on the vehicle early morning for delivery later that day. Early afternoon it dropped off the radar. Yesterday I was e- mailed by Packfleet to say that the item had been loaded and out for delivery. Tracking again the item was rescheduled yesterday at around 11.30am. Attempting to track today, there is nothing posted since yesterday’s rescheduled comment. This is disappointing as the otem orders was for my wife’s 76th birthday which was yesterday. The advent Calendar of course starts today! My wife cannot drink alchohol due to her medication for Parkinson’s disease and related dementia. This is really disappointing as it was intended for her to have a different drink to look forward to with her supper each evening, counting down to Christmas.

Apologies for the delay with your order, the courier has informed us that they didn't have capacity on their route and it was delayed to the next working day. I hope your wife enjoys a double door opening on her advent calendar :)

Hello, I purchased the red wine on review it was a fantastic red wine alternative - as I am pregnant it is hard to find good non alcoholic options. And this was way over priced for not much taste whatsoever - I was bitterly disappointed and my husband said it tasted like an expensive berry juice.

Only half of my order arrived. 2 emails sent but no reply. Telephone number not working. Wise bartender have my money but I don’t have my order. Disappointing and frustrating.

Thanks for your review! Sorry for the confusion here but the advent calendar is a pre order item and the sweet ones will be built the be of next week 🙂. I searched our system for emails and voicemails from your details when placing the order and can’t see anything initially, will have a deeper look though!

Ordered with high hopes to enjoy a drink over my birthday. The £4.99 delivery fee is supposed to ensure a 2 day delivery; mine took 6 days. I think a lot of this was down to parcel force. A bottle was missing and I’ve tried to ask for a refund for both the missing bottle and delivery fee (due to the big delay) but I am getting ignored unfortunately. Poor customer service indeed. What a shame.
