“I ordered £30 (with p&p) of various drinks which I was looking forward to sampling with a view to ordering more, and regularly. Although, the delivery seemed to be fulfilled - the actual delivery - went elsewhere, to whom I know not. Three phone calls to The Wise Bartender later, still no delivery. Two emails to The Wise Bartender later- still no delivery. Plus two calls to the delivery company, nothing. I’ve only received one email in response from TWB, no phone calls, to state the deliver is being remade - that was over a week ago. Nothing. I had high hopes for this company and wanted to support an independent, family business. All that has resulted is a spend of £30, waste of my time and energy for literally nothing. Do better The Wise Bartender. There’s nothing wise in your customer service.”

“Always a great selection on alcohol free wines which is my main order. Rose wines are good value too. I especially like the J P Chenet range of rose and whites which you cant usually purchase in stores... ☺”

“A lot of the wines are much better that those on the supermarket shelves for Non-alcohol and delivery is always prompt. The only issue I have is that their prices are high, but find a wine you like and then shop about.”

“This has nothing to do with the quality of beers or delivery. Signed up for the subscription box. Received 4x lager, 2x stout and 2x ale. Unfortunately, I don't like lager. And one of stouts actually has a caffeine warning on it, I'm allergic to caffeine. However, it won't stop me ordering other drinks in the future.”
